ALECLOZ 120MG TABLET

Introduction:

Alecloz 120mg Tablet contains fexofenadine. It is used to relieve symptoms that occur with chronic idiopathic urticaria (an allergic skin condition), such as swelling, itching, and rashes. It also relieves the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (inflammation in the nose caused by an allergen) such as sneezing, watery/itchy/red eyes, itchy nose/throat/palate, and runny nose. 

Talk to your physician if you have kidney disorders, liver disorders, or heart problems before taking Alecloz 120mg Tablet. The common side effects of this medication are nausea, headache, and drowsiness. You need to inform your physician about all the medications you are taking recently, especially antacids containing magnesium and aluminium, as it may lower the amount of fexofenadine absorbed into your body.

How Alecloz 120mg Tablet works:

The symptoms associated with these conditions are due to histamine release. Alecloz 120mg Tablet binds to the H1 receptors and blocks the action of histamine, and relieves the symptoms.

How to use Alecloz 120mg Tablet:

Take Alecloz 120mg Tablet in a dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablets whole with water before a meal. Do not crush or chew the tablets. Do not take this medicine with fruit juices.

Pregnancy:

Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking Alecloz 120mg Tablet. It will be given to you if clearly needed.

Breastfeeding:

Alecloz 120mg Tablets are not recommended during breastfeeding. Talk to your physician if you are breastfeeding before taking this medicine. 

Liver:

You need to talk to your doctor if you have any liver disorders before taking Alecloz 120mg Tablet.

Kidney:

You need to talk to your doctor if you have any liver disorders before taking Alecloz 120mg Tablet.

Driving: 

Alecloz 120mg Tablet may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving if you are unwell.

Others:

• Consult your doctor if you have heart disorders before taking Alecloz 120mg Tablet.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

Serious:

• Swelling of lips, face, throat, or tongue, difficulty breathing

Common:

• Headache
• Drowsiness
• Nausea
• Dizziness
