Introduction to Cabaza 400mg Tablet

Cabaza 400mg tablet contains an active component such as Pentoxifylline. It is a medication that belongs to a class of drugs known as xanthine derivatives or hemorrheologic agents. It improves blood flow by reducing blood viscosity (thickness) and improving the flexibility of red blood cells. This medication is primarily used for treating peripheral arterial disease (PAD), a condition with reduced blood flow to the limbs, usually the legs, due to narrowed arteries. It helps to relieve symptoms associated with PAD, such as leg pain and cramping during physical activity (intermittent claudication). This medication also helps treat chronic venous insufficiency and certain skin conditions.

If someone is hypersensitive or allergic to Cabaza 400mg tablet or its components, they should not take this medication. Make sure to inform your doctor about your allergies before taking this medication. Patients with active bleeding disorders, recent bleeding, hemorrhagic stroke, or any condition that increases the risk of bleeding should not take this medication. It should not be used immediately before or after major surgical procedures. Individuals with recent cerebral (brain) or retinal (eye) hemorrhage should also not use this medication. It is important to inform your doctor about any pre-existing kidney conditions or if you are taking other medications that might affect kidney function. Cabaza 400mg tablet is generally not recommended for children, as its safety and effectiveness in pediatric populations have not been well studied.  older individuals need close monitoring by a healthcare provider while taking this medication.
