The combination medication contiflo T works by relaxing muscles in the prostate and bladder, making it easier to urinate for men with an enlarged prostate (BPH). Additionally, tadalafil enhances blood flow to the penis, helping men achieve and maintain erections (ED) during sexual stimulation.

Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications may interact with contiflo T and cause undesirable side effects.

• Keep contiflo T away from the sight and reach of children.
• Store at 20°C to 25°C.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date.

Take this capsule exactly as prescribed by your physician. Swallow the capsules whole with water. Your physician will tell you the correct dose and frequency based on your disease severity, body weight, and other factors. Do not crush the capsules. Take the first dose before bedtime to have better results. Do not double the dose to compensate for a missed one. If you accidentally take too much contiflo T, seek medical attention immediately.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

Serious:

• Skin reactions
• Palpitations (increased heartbeats)
• Priapism (prolonged erection)

Common:

• Dizziness
• Runny nose
• Decreased semen
• Low blood pressure
• Headache
• Constipation
• Diarrhea
• Nausea, vomiting
• Dry mouth

It is important to be mindful of potential side effects while using tamsulosin and tadalafil. If you experience dizziness after taking the medication, it is advisable to sit or lie down to prevent falls due to low blood pressure. Priapism, a rare but serious side effect of this medication where an erection lasts for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse, can occur. If you experience prolonged and painful erections, immediate medical attention is necessary to prevent permanent erectile dysfunction.

Regular screenings for prostate cancer are crucial, especially since it often coexists with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). If you're considering cataract surgery, inform your eye specialist about your medication. Exercise caution with grapefruit juice consumption, as it may affect the medication's effectiveness. If you have sugar intolerance, consult your doctor before taking this medication to ensure it is safe for you.
