DURALAST 30MG TABLET

Introduction:

Duralast 30mg Tablet contains the active constituent dapoxetine. It is used to treat premature ejaculation in adult men aged 18 to 64 years. Premature ejaculation is a condition in which a man ejaculates with little sexual stimulation and before he wants. It can cause problems in sexual relationships. Talk to your doctor if you have dizziness from low blood pressure, seizures, bleeding or clotting problems, kidney disorders, mental health problems, eye disorders, another sexual problem called erectile dysfunction, intolerance to sugars, or if you drink alcohol or use recreational drugs before taking this medicine. 

Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Duralast 30mg Tablet as it may increase the risk of injury from fainting and from other side effects. Avoid drinking grapefruit juice within 24 hours prior to taking this medicine, as it can increase the level of medicine in your body. This medicine should not be used if you have heart problems, a history of fainting, liver disorders, or mental health problems. 

This medicine can lower your blood pressure or make you faint when you stand up. If you feel like you might faint while taking this medicine, immediately lie down or sit down until you feel better. Do not take Duralast 30mg Tablet if you are dehydrated (not having enough water in your body).

How Duralast 30mg Tablet works:

Duralast 30mg Tablet inhibits the reuptake of serotonin (neurotransmitter), increases the time it takes to ejaculate and improves the control over ejaculation. This may reduce the frustration over fast ejaculation.

Interactions with other drugs:

Inform your doctor about any medications you are taking or have taken before the treatment.

How to use Duralast 30mg Tablet:

Always take Duralast 30mg Tablet in a dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Avoid drinking grapefruit juice within 24 hours prior to taking this medicine, as it can increase the level of medicine in your body. You should take tablets with at least one full glass of water to lower the chance of fainting.

Safety advice:

Liver:

Duralast 30mg Tablet is contraindicated in patients with moderate to severe liver disorders. You need to tell your doctor if you have any liver disorders before taking this medicine.

Kidney:

You need to tell your doctor if you have any kidney disorders before taking Duralast 30mg Tablet, as this medicine should be used with caution in kidney patients.

Driving: 

You may feel faint, dizzy, have blurred vision, and difficulty concentrating while taking Duralast 30mg Tablet. Avoid driving if you are unwell.

Others:

• Inform your doctor if you have heart problems, a history of fainting, or mental health problems.
• Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Duralast 30mg Tablet.
• Tell your doctor if you are having any intolerance to sugars.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

Serious:

• Seizures
• Feeling lightheaded or faint when you stand up
• Changes in your mood

Common:

• Headache, dizziness
• Blurred vision, dry mouth
• Sweating, flushing
• Diarrhea, constipation
• Stomach pain, bloating, indigestion
• Tiredness, sleepy, yawning
• Blocked nose
• A Rise in blood pressure
• Low interest in sex, difficulty getting an erection
• Feeling anxious or restless
• Shaking or trembling
• Difficulty in sleeping, strange dreams
• Ringing in ears, difficulty in concentrating
