DURAPLUS 10MG TABLET

Introduction:

Duraplus 10mg Tablet is a combination medication containing the active constituents tadalafil and Dapoxetine. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in adult men aged 18 to 64 years. Erectile dysfunction is an inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sexual activity. Premature ejaculation is a condition in which a man ejaculates with little sexual stimulation and before he wants. It can cause problems in sexual relationships.

Before taking Duraplus 10mg Tablet, you need to inform your health care professional if you have heart problems, liver problems, mental illness, history of fainting, eye problems, blood pressure, or have recently had a stroke. Do not drink alcohol and grapefruit juice while taking this medicine. Talk to your physician if you have an intolerance to sugars as this medicine contains lactose.

How Duraplus 10mg Tablet works:

Tadalafil helps to relax the blood vessels in your penis, thereby allows blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. This helps you to keep an erection suitable for sexual activity.

Dapoxetine inhibits the reuptake of serotonin (neurotransmitter), increases the time it takes to ejaculate and improves the control over ejaculation. This may reduce the frustration over fast ejaculation.

Interactions with other drugs:

Inform your doctor about any medications you are taking or have taken before the treatment.

How to use Duraplus 10mg Tablet:

Take Duraplus 10mg Tablet in a dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. This medication can be taken with or without food. Do not crush or chew the tablets. Do not drink grapefruit juice or alcohol during the treatment.

Safety advice:

Liver:

You need to tell your physician if you have any liver disorders before taking Duraplus 10mg Tablet. 

Kidney:

You need to tell your doctor if you have any kidney disorders before taking Duraplus 10mg Tablet. 

Driving: 

Duraplus 10mg Tablet may cause dizziness. Avoid driving if you are unwell.

Others:

Talk to your physician if:

• You are taking medications for high blood pressure or chest pain.
• You have been told that you have an intolerance to some sugars.
• You have heart problems, liver problems, mental illness, history of fainting, eye problems, blood pressure, or have recently had a stroke.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

• Headache, dizziness
• Nausea
• Back pain, muscle pain
• Pain in arms and legs
• Facial flushing
• Indigestion
• Nasal congestion
