It should not be used in individuals with severe sinus node dysfunction, advanced atrioventricular block, or bradycardia in patients without a pacemaker. It is generally not recommended to consume grapefruit juice while taking Duron 150mg injection. Individuals having thyroid dysfunction, a history of Duron 150mg injection-induced lung problems, iodine sensitivity, cardiogenic shock, or has a history of heart rhythm issues should avoid it.
