HONVAN 120MG TABLET

Introduction:

Honvan 120mg Tablet is a hormonal chemotherapy medication containing the active constituent fosfestrol. It is used to treat prostate cancer. The Prostate is a gland surrounding the urethra just below the bladder. The Prostate produces the seminal fluid which nourishes the sperm. In prostate cancer, patients experience trouble urinating, blood in urine and semen, bone pain, weight loss, and erectile dysfunction. 

Tell your doctor if you have a history of heart disorders, liver impairment, diabetes, or hypertension, before taking Honvan 120mg Tablet. Do not skip or double the dose. Discontinue the medication if you experience any hypersensitive reactions. It is vital to tell your doctor if you have any blood clot disorders. Tell your doctor about all medications you are taking before the treatment with Honvan 120mg Tablet.

Honvan 120mg Tablet binds to the androgen (male hormones) receptors in the prostate gland, inhibits the action of androgen and hormone-stimulated growth of cancer cells.

How to use Honvan 120mg Tablet:

Take Honvan 120mg Tablet in the dose and duration prescribed by your physician. Swallow the tablets with water as a whole. Do not chew or crush. Do not stop taking this medicine without medical advice from the doctor.

Liver:

Inform your doctor if you have liver disorders before taking Honvan 120mg Tablet.

Others:

• Inform your doctor if you have heart disorders or diabetes.
