Introduction to Isotret 20mg Capsule
Isotret 20mg capsule contains the active ingredient called Isotretinoin. It belongs to the medication class known as retinoids, similar to vitamin A. This medicine is used to treat severe forms of acne. Acne is a common skin condition that occurs when hair follicles become clogged with oil and dead skin cells.
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Isotretinoin or any of its other substances or if you take other medicines like vitamin A, tetracyclines, or retinoids. Do not use this medicine if you have liver disease, very high levels of blood fats (e.g., high cholesterol or triglycerides), very high levels of vitamin A in your body (hypervitaminosis A), or if you are receiving treatment with tetracyclines. Avoid taking peanuts and soya, as this medicine contains soya bean oil. Talk to your doctor if you have other health conditions or ever had or have mental health problems like depression, mood change, or aggressive behavior because taking this medicine may affect your mood. Avoid consuming this medicine if you have any liver condition.
Before taking this medicine, inform your healthcare professional if you plan to get pregnant or pregnant or breastfeeding as it is unsafe. Should not get pregnant even after stopping the medicine for one month. Use effective contraception. Notify your doctor if you are allergic or intolerant to some sugar, as this medicine contains sorbitol. This medicine should not be used to treat pubertal acne and not in children under 12 years of age. Contact your doctor for more information. Report to your doctor immediately if you experience any side effects such as fever, chest or back pain, difficulty breathing, or fever.

Isotret 20mg capsule reduces sebum (skin oil) production, has anti-inflammatory effects, normalizes skin cell shedding, has antibacterial action against acne-causing bacteria, and prevents microbes formation.
Interaction of Isotret 20mg Capsule with other drugs
Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications may interact with Isotret 20mg capsule and can cause undesirable side effects.

Breast Feeding
Taking Isotret 20mg capsule while breastfeeding may be unsafe because it may affect the child. Do not breastfeed for at least four months after the treatment. Therefore, talk with your doctor to get more information.
Alcohol
It is unknown whether consuming alcohol while taking an Isotret 20mg capsule is safe. Please speak with your physician.
Liver
Do not consume Isotret 20mg capsule if you have any liver-related condition. Inform your physician if you have any liver disease before starting the treatment. Contact your doctor if you experience any liver-related symptoms.
Lungs
