Introduction to Lanvis 40mg Tablet

Lanvis 40mg Tablet consists of the active ingredient as thioguanine. It is indicated to treat blood problems and cancers, namely acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Acute myelogenous leukemia is a rapidly progressing disorder that increases the number of white blood cells produced by the bone marrow. This can cause infections and bleeding. This condition is more prevalent among children aged below 5.

Additionally, because it is taken orally, it may be more convenient for some patients than intravenous chemotherapy. Patients should also avoid consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice while taking Lanvis 40mg Tablet, as it can interfere with the metabolism of the drug and increase the risk of side effects.
