Telmisartan+cilnidipine is an antihypertensive drug. This combination has two active ingredients. Telmisartan belongs to the group of medications called angiotensin II receptor antagonists. Cilnidipine belongs to the class of medications called calcium channel blockers. The initial FDA approval was in 1998 for its medical uses.
