Tocotrienol + Tocoferol is an antioxidant drug developed by the U.S. Food And Drug Administration and initially approved for treating neurological diseases.

Tocotrienols, a subgroup of vitamin E compounds. They are antioxidants that have been studied for health benefits, including cardiovascular health and anti-inflammatory properties. Tocoferol, is commonly known as a fat-soluble antioxidant that plays several essential roles in the body.  It has been used as a dietary supplement for various conditions, including skin and hair health, immune function, heart health, and wound healing.

Tocotrienol + Tocoferol is a prescription medicine available as a capsule. Do not crush, chew, or open the medicine. Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition. Only stop taking the capsule if your doctor advises you to stop.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

Tocotrienol + Tocoferol is generally safe to consume and is not associated with significant side effects. However, if you experience any unfamiliar side effects, consult your dietician for advice.

Inform your physician if you are allergic to dairy products or to its any of the medicine ingredients. Before consuming this medicine, inform your physician if you have liver, kidney, or heart problems. Most of the side effects resolve on their own, but if the symptoms prolong for a longer duration, consult the doctor. This medication has to be taken as per the doctor's advice because dose alteration depends upon the age and medical condition of the patient.

Before starting the treatment, inform your doctor about all the underlying medical conditions. Do not stop consuming Tocotrienol + Tocoferol until your doctor advises.
