Introduction to Ferrotem Xt Tablet

Ferrotem XT tablet is a multivitamin supplement with an active ingredient called Ferrous ascorbate, methylcobalamin,  calcium pantothenate, biotin, and multivitamin. It is used to treat nutritional deficiency anemia due to excessive blood loss. Ferrous ascorbate helps maintain healthy blood function by providing necessary iron, folic acid supports cell growth and development, and methylcobalamin contributes to nerve function and red blood cell production. Calcium pantothenate aids in energy metabolism. The multivitamin formula provides a comprehensive mix of essential nutrients for overall well-being. Please consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your dietary supplements.

Do not consume this medicine if you are allergic to iron, ferrous ascorbate, folic acid, methylcobalamin,  calcium pantothenate, biotin, multivitamin, or other ingredients. Do not take medicine if you have certain medical conditions, including hemolytic anemia, hemochromatosis (excess iron deposition), or diverticular disease (small bulges in the large intestine). It is essential to consult with your healthcare provider before initiating treatment with Ferrotem XT tablet. 

Before starting the treatment, inform your doctor if you have pancreatitis, hepatitis, stomach ulcers, intestine problems, or if you are on a low-salt diet. The common side effects of Ferrotem XT tablet are upset stomach, headache, nausea, vomiting, slight unpleasant taste in the mouth, constipation, and abdominal pain.
