NU BPH Veg Capsule is simply taken by mouth, swallowing the whole capsule twice daily, preferably with meals. Avoid chewing or mixing with grapefruit juice or milk. Always follow dosage instructions and consult your doctor for specific advice.

NU BPH Veg Capsule causes side effects like all medications, although not everyone will experience them.
