OZMELT D SACHET

Introduction:

Ozmelt D Sachet contains Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 60000IU. It is used to treat and prevent Vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D deficiency occurs when lifestyle or diet does not provide enough Vitamin D or when your body requires more of it. It may also be given for certain bone conditions such as osteoporosis (thinning of bone) along with other medicines. Vitamin D is vital for bone health and helps the body in the absorption of calcium.

Talk to your doctor if you have kidney stones or kidney problems, high blood levels of calcium, heart disease, or sarcoidosis (a chronic inflammatory condition that affects your lungs, heart, and kidneys) before taking Ozmelt D Sachet. Talk to your doctor about all the medications you are taking recently, including supplements and herbal drugs. Ask for a doctor’s advice if you are breastfeeding, pregnant, or planning to get pregnant before taking this medicine.

How to use Ozmelt D Sachet:

Take this medicine in dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Keep it in your mouth but do not swallow or chew the strips.

Breastfeeding:

Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding before taking Ozmelt D Sachet. It will be given to you if clearly needed.

Kidney:

You need to tell your doctor if you have kidney stones or other kidney disorders before taking Ozmelt D Sachet.

Others:

• Inform your doctor if you have heart disorders or sarcoidosis.
