• ACE Inhibitors (Severe) - Medications such as lisinopril, enalapril, or ramipril used for blood pressure management may interact with potassium content in renal supplements. Combined use may lead to dangerously high potassium levels (hyperkalemia). Your doctor will monitor potassium levels closely and may adjust dosages accordingly.

• Potassium-Sparing Diuretics (Severe) - Water pills such as spironolactone or amiloride may increase potassium retention when taken with ProNeph-H Powder. This combination can cause serious cardiac complications. Your healthcare provider may need to adjust diuretic dosages or recommend alternative medications.

• NSAIDs (Moderate to Severe) - Pain relievers such as ibuprofen, naproxen, or indomethacin may reduce kidney function and interact negatively with renal support supplements.
