Introduction to Radiamed 75gm Cream

Radiamed 75gm Cream contains the active ingredient urea, lactic acid, and Glycerine. It is indicated to treat hand-foot syndrome during treatment with anticancer medicines like doxorubicin, capecitabine, docetaxel, sorafenib, paclitaxel, etc. The hand-foot syndrome refers to palmar plantar erythrodysesthesia caused due to the accumulation of drug molecules (anticancer drugs) on the skin with subsequent degradation of the sweat glands. It treats redness, tight skin, cracked or peeled skin, and blisters on the soles and palms. This cream is applied topically to correct hyperkeratosis and dryness in Ichthyosis.

The common side effects of Radiamed 75gm Cream are stinging pain, burning sensation, itching, and irritation. If severe irritation occurs, discontinue the use of this medication. If you experience stinging pain, burning sensation, or itching while using urea+ lactic acid+ Glycerine, wash it off immediately.

Inform your healthcare provider immediately if you have allergic or hypersensitivity reactions. It should not be applied to eyes, lips, or mucous membranes. Consult your physician if you are pregnant or breastfeeding while taking this medication.
