Renosave Forte Tablet consists of the active substances N-Acetylcysteine 300mg and Pyridoxamine dihydrochloride 75mg. It is used in the management of diabetic nephropathy and as an antidote for paracetamol poisoning.
Diabetic nephropathy is a crucial factor leading to end-stage kidney disease. It is a result of various factors such as poor glycaemic control, prolonged diabetes, hypertension, family history and other complications. This medicine protects the kidney from injury caused by contrast media, ischaemia and toxins. It also detoxes the body from the effects of overdosage of paracetamol.
Uses of Renosave Forte Tablet:
Renosave Forte Tablet is used for the management of the following conditions:
- Diabetic nephropathy
- Paracetamol poisoning
- Radiocontrast induced nephropathy
How Renosave Forte Tablet works:
Renosave Forte Tablet works by preventing the excretion of protein in the urine. Pyridoxamine dihydrochloride is derived from Vitamin B6. It inhibits the formation of advanced glycation end products and helps delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy to end-stage renal disease.

How to use Renosave Forte Tablet:
