Anobliss cream contains 1.5% lidocaine, a local anesthetic providing pain relief, and 0.3% nifedipine, a calcium channel blocker that relaxes the smooth muscle around the anal canal, aiding the healing of fissures.

Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before taking this medication. Certain medications may interact with anobliss cream and cause undesirable side effects.

• Store at 2°C to 8°C.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date.

To properly use anobliss cream, start by washing your hands thoroughly and wearing gloves to minimize the risk of side effects. Lie on your left side, keeping your left leg straight and bending your right leg with your knee raised. Stay relaxed during the process. Apply a pinhead-sized amount of the cream on your finger and gently spread it around the anus and just inside the rectum. After application, remove the gloves and wash your hands again for proper hygiene. Apply twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Following these steps ensures effective and safe use of the cream for relief and healing.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

Anobliss cream is exclusively for topical usage to be applied in the anal passage. Utilize the provided applicator to insert a measured dose of the cream into your back passage. Ensure it does not come into contact with your eyes, mouth, or nose. If accidental contact occurs, rinse the affected area with cold water immediately.

To manage constipation caused by anal fissures, maintain proper hydration by drinking plenty of fluids. Include fiber-rich foods like whole grains, oatmeal, and citrus fruits. Regular exercise is beneficial, and it is advisable not to spend excessive time sitting on the toilet. Pay attention to your body's signals and avoid ignoring the urge to go to the washroom, promoting overall effective treatment and relief.
