Azumin Injection 500ml should be avoided in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the medication. This medication should be avoided in cases of metabolic acidosis, severe renal insufficiency without hemodialysis or hemofiltration treatment, advanced liver insufficiency, fluid overload, shock, hypoxia, and decompensated heart failure. It should be used cautiously in patients with renal insufficiency, pulmonary disease, cardiac insufficiency, electrolyte imbalances, and metabolic disorders involving impaired nitrogen utilization. It is important to closely monitor kidney and heart function in older adults and children using Azumin Injection 500ml.
