Bosentas 62.5 mg tablet uses are: 

• Pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure)

Bosentas 62.5 mg dosage blocks the binding of endothelin to its receptors, which is involved in the constriction of the pulmonary blood vessels and is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension by expanding the blood vessels.

1. Cyclosporine (Life threatening)
   Cyclosporine can sharply increase bosentan blood levels, raising the risk of severe liver toxicity. This combination must be strictly avoided.

2. Glyburide (Severe)
   Using glyburide with bosentan can increase liver enzyme levels and reduce blood sugar control. Doctors avoid combining these medicines.

3. Strong Enzyme Inhibitors such as Ketoconazole or Ritonavir (Severe)
   These medicines can increase bosentan concentration in the body, leading to liver damage or low blood pressure. Close monitoring or alternative therapy is advised.

4. Oral Hormonal Contraceptives (Severe)
   Bosentan can reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills, increasing the risk of unintended pregnancy. Additional non hormonal contraception is required.

5. Warfarin and Other Anticoagulants (Moderate)
   Bosentan may alter the effect of blood thinners. Regular INR monitoring helps ensure safe anticoagulation.

Take bosentan 62.5mg tablets as your physician advises. Swallow the tablets whole and intact with water. This capsule should be taken with food. Your physician will decide the correct bosentas dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition. Only stop taking the medicine if your doctor advises you to stop.
