Cibinqo 50mg Tablet contains an active ingredient known as Abrocitinib that belongs to a class of Janus kinase inhibitors. It is used to improve skin conditions and reduce itchiness. It helps to improve sleep disturbance due to itchiness and overall quality of life. It aids in improving the symptoms of anxiety and depression associated with atopic dermatitis. Cibinqo 50mg Tablet is used to treat patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis or atopic eczema, a chronic skin disease.
Inform your doctor if you're allergic to Abrocitinib, lactose, or any of the ingredients present in the medicine. Consult your doctor if you have a serious infection (tuberculosis) or severe liver problem before using the medicine. It is recommended that you inform your doctor if you are using any immunosuppressant or any other medicine. Inform your doctor if you have a plan to vaccinate or have been recently vaccinated. Consult your doctor if you have a blood clot in the vein of the legs or lungs, a heart problem, or cancer.

Cibinqo 50mg Tablet is a Janus kinase inhibitor that helps to reduce the activity of the enzyme Janus kinase, which is involved in inflammation. Therefore, it helps to improve the skin condition related to atopic dermatitis in patients.
Interaction of Cibinqo 50mg Tablet with other drugs
Strong CYP2C19 Inhibitors such as Fluconazole or Fluvoxamine (Severe)
These medicines can significantly increase abrocitinib levels in the blood, raising the risk of serious side effects like infections or blood abnormalities. Dose reduction is usually required.Strong CYP2C19 Inducers such as Rifampicin (Severe)
Such drugs can lower abrocitinib concentration, reducing its effectiveness. Combined use is generally avoided.Other JAK Inhibitors or Biologic Immunosuppressants (Severe)
Using abrocitinib with medicines like tofacitinib, baricitinib, or biologics can cause excessive immune suppression and increase the risk of serious infections.Systemic Corticosteroids (Moderate)
