Cisblok 10mg Injection is a nondepolarized neuromuscular blocker consisting of the active substance Cisatracurium. It is used to relax the muscles during surgical procedures, intensive care and to insert a tube into the wind pipe for ventilation. Cisblok 10mg Injection is a neuromuscular blocking agent that improves oxygen supply in critically ill patients.
Inform your physician before taking this medicine if you have previously experienced bad reactions to anaesthetics. Consult your physician for advice before taking this medicine if you have muscle weakness, tiredness, difficulty coordinating your movements, muscle disorders, burns, paralysis. Report to your physician right away if you experience chest pain, tightness, wheezing, swelling of the face, lips or eyelids after taking this injection.
Uses of Cisblok 10mg Injection:
- To relax muscles during surgeries and intensive care
- To facilitate tube insertion into the windpipe
How Cisblok 10mg Injection works:
Cisblok 10mg Injection inhibits the n-acetylcholine receptors present at the junction of nerve and muscle. This mechanism helps keep the muscle relaxed for a long time during surgeries and provides mechanical ventilation. This injection also helps minimize ventilator-induced lung injuries and inflammation.

How to use Cisblok 10mg Injection:
This injection should be administered only under general anaesthesia, into the vein under the supervision of a qualified anaesthetist.
