Dydrofic 10mg Tablet contains an active component called  Dydrogesterone. It is often used to regulate irregular menstrual cycles and can help treat conditions such as dysfunctional uterine bleeding, premenstrual syndrome, and secondary amenorrhea. It is also used as a hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women, particularly when estrogen therapy alone is contraindicated. 

It is combined with other medications in assisted reproductive techniques, such as in vitro fertilisation (IVF), to support embryo implantation. In some cases of threatened miscarriage, it may be prescribed to help maintain the pregnancy.

Individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to  Dydrofic 10mg Tablet or its components should not use this medication. It should be avoided in patients with a history of thromboembolic disorders, such as deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, or cerebrovascular accidents. 

Individuals with severe liver impairment should not use this medication, as it may exacerbate the condition. 

If a woman is experiencing undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, the cause of which has not been determined, is Dydrofic 10mg Tablet should not be used until the cause of the bleeding is established. It should not be used in patients with known or suspected estrogen-dependent tumours, such as certain breast or uterine cancer types, dubin-johnson syndrome, or Rotor syndrome. 

It can be used in elderly patients; however, caution should be exercised, especially in those with medical conditions such as liver impairment or a history of thromboembolic disorders. It is typically not indicated for use in children and adolescents.
