Introduction to Ebunat 0.5mg Injection
Ebunat 0.5mg Injection contains the active ingredient Eribulin. It is an antineoplastic drug belonging to the class of anti-microtubular agents. It is used to treat breast cancer in adults that have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and have already been treated with at least two other anti-cancer medications. Recently, Injection has been approved to treat liposarcoma, a rare type of cancer that occurs in the fat cells that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread to other organs in the body. It works by inhibiting the growth and spread of cancer cells. Â
Inform your physician if you have or ever had liver disease, fever or infection, kidney problems, heart problems, a family history of heart diseases, and electrolyte imbalance before starting the treatment with this Injection. Ebunat 0.5mg Injection affects fertility in both men and women hence, it is important to use an effective birth control method. Do not take this Injection if you are allergic to eribulin or any other ingredients in it. It is unknown whether this Injection is safe and effective in children under 18 years of age.Â
The common side effects of Ebunat 0.5mg Injection include hair loss, nausea, constipation, dehydration, sore throat, abdominal pain and swelling, inability to sleep, dizziness, decreased white blood cells and platelets count, chills, infection with fever, pain in the hands and feet. Consult your physician if you get any of these symptoms and continue for a long period.

Therapeutic Effects of Ebunat 0.5mg Injection
Ebunat 0.5mg Injection is a microtubule inhibitor that exerts its action by inhibiting the growth phase of microtubules in the cell cycle without affecting other stages. It acts by blocking rapid cell growth and disrupting the mitotic spindle, which is responsible for cell division. This leads to tumor cell death after prolonged mitotic blockage. Â

Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with Ebunat 0.5mg Injection and reduce effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.Â

How to consume Ebunat 0.5mg Injection
The Injection will be administered to you by a qualified healthcare professional in a hospital setting. This injection will be given intravenously into your vein over a period of 2 to 5 minutes. Do not self-administer this Injection. The dose of the injection will be decided by your doctor based on your disease condition and other factors. Ebunat 0.5mg Injection is usually given on day 1 and day 8 of every 21-day cycle.Â

 ÂEbunat 0.5mg Injection is unsafe when administered during pregnancy because it may cause serious birth defects in your baby. It is advised to use effective contraception during the treatment with this injection and at least 2 weeks after the final dose. Â

If you are a male and your partner still has reproductive potential it is necessary to use effective contraception during the treatment and at least for 14 weeks (3.5 months) after your final dose of Injection. Female patients are advised to use the contraception for 2 weeks after the last dose. Avoid getting pregnant and breastfeeding during the treatment. This Injection may make you bleed, bruise, or get infections more easily. Take precautions to prevent illness and injury. Your physician may advise you to do regular blood tests to monitor your disease condition and the effectiveness of the treatment. Â
