Introduction to Ecosprin Gold 20mg Capsule

Ecosprin Gold 20mg Capsule contains three active ingredients, Aspirin, Atorvastatin, and Clopidogrel, which belong to the family called blood-thinning agents and cholesterol-lowering agents.  It lowers cholesterol levels and helps prevent heart attacks caused by blocked arteries due to plaque buildup.

Ecosprin Gold 20mg Capsule should not be consumed if you are allergic to Aspirin, Atorvastatin, Clopidogrel, or any of the ingredients in the medication. Do not consume this medicine, Do not take the medication if you have a medical condition causing current bleeding, severe liver disease, or a history of abnormal liver function tests. Avoid this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Additionally, if you have a history of blood clotting disorders, cerebral hemorrhage, or ulcers in the stomach or small intestine. Consult your doctor if any of these conditions apply to you or if you have any doubts. 

Before taking this medicine, it is important to inform your doctor if you have severe respiratory failure, recently used fusidic acid, a history of stroke, or fluid pockets in the brain. Notify your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, under-active thyroid gland, previous muscle problems, excessive alcohol consumption, liver disease, age over 70, dehydration, high blood pressure, and lack of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD). Report to your doctor if you have asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, gout, risk of bleeding, recent brain artery clot, previous allergy to similar medicines, or past non-traumatic brain hemorrhage. Before taking the medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant or think you might be pregnant, or if you are breastfeeding. Notify your physician if you are taking other medicine to avoid interaction and side effects.

Therapeutic Effects of Ecosprin Gold 20mg Capsule

Aspirin and clopidogrel function by inhibiting platelet aggregation, which reduces the formation of blood clots. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme necessary for cholesterol synthesis in the body. It effectively lowers LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels while increasing HDL cholesterol levels.
