Etorvel 60mg Tablet actively inhibits the COX-2 enzyme, reducing the production of prostaglandins that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. By specifically targeting COX-2, Etorvel 60mg Tablet provides effective pain relief and reduces inflammation while lowering the risk of gastrointestinal side effects compared to non-selective NSAIDs.

Etorvel 60mg Tablet interacts with several medications. When taken with oral anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin), it may increase prothrombin time (INR), so you should monitor INR regularly.  

The combination with diuretics, ACE inhibitors, or Angiotensin II antagonists can reduce their effectiveness and, in patients with compromised renal function, may worsen kidney function. 

Using Etorvel 60mg Tablet with low-dose acetylsalicylic acid is generally safe but may raise the risk of gastrointestinal issues.
