• Management of dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation) to reduce menstrual cramps.

Etoshine 90mg Tablet actively inhibits the COX-2 enzyme, reducing the production of prostaglandins that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. By specifically targeting COX-2, Etoshine 90mg Tablet provides effective pain relief and reduces inflammation while lowering the risk of gastrointestinal side effects compared to non-selective NSAIDs.

Etoshine 90mg Tablet interacts with several medications. When taken with oral anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin), it may increase prothrombin time (INR), so you should monitor INR regularly.  

The combination with diuretics, ACE inhibitors, or Angiotensin II antagonists can reduce their effectiveness and, in patients with compromised renal function, may worsen kidney function.  

Using Etoshine 90mg Tablet with low-dose acetylsalicylic acid is generally safe but may raise the risk of gastrointestinal issues. Avoid combining Etoshine 90mg Tablet with higher doses of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs. If used with cyclosporine or tacrolimus, Etoshine 90mg Tablet may increase nephrotoxic effects, so monitor renal function closely.
