Introduction
Evercon 0.5mg Tablet composition contains Everolimus as its active ingredient, an antineoplastic drug belonging to the class of mTOR inhibitors. Evercon 0.5mg Tablet uses include treatment of advanced breast cancer, renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours, and subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (tumours found in the ventricles of the brain). Evercon 0.5mg Tablet benefits are enhanced when combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of subependymal giant cell astrocytoma. Follow your Evercon 0.5 mg Tablet dosage exactly as prescribed, and maintain good oral hygiene with regular dental check-ups, as Evercon 0.5 mg can cause mouth sores or ulcers. Evercon 0.5mg Tablet side effects include increased risk of bacterial or viral infections, and patients with a history of Hepatitis B face a higher chance of reinfection. Report fever, chills, cough, yellowing of skin, joint pain, shortness of breath, or chest pain to your doctor immediately. Limit exposure to sunlight and UV light, avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice, and avoid live vaccines or close contact with those who have received live vaccines during treatment with Evercon 0.5. Inform your doctor of any history of liver disorders, heart failure, high blood cholesterol, or hypertension before starting Evercon 0.5 mg. Your doctor will periodically monitor blood cell counts, platelets, blood sugar, electrolytes, and kidney parameters during treatment. How Evercon 0.5mg Tablet works
Evercon 0.5 mg tablet works by inhibiting the activity of a protein called mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), which regulates cell growth. This drug can slow the growth of abnormal cancer cells by blocking the mTOR protein. It mainly helps to reduce the size of tumours and improve outcomes in patients.
Interaction of Evercon 0.5mg Tablet with other drugs
Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with Evercon 0.5 mg tablets and reduce effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.
Storage Conditions
Store Evercon 0.5 mg tablet in the original package at room temperature (20°C to 25°C).
Do not freeze.

How to take Evercon 0.5mg Tablet
Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of Evercon 0.5 mg tablet based on the disease condition and other factors. Always take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Take the tablet at the same time every day, with or without food. Do not break, chew, crush, or break the tablet. Swallow the whole tablet with water. If you forgot to take the tablet, simply take your next dose at the scheduled time. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

It is not known if Evercon 0.5 mg tablet passes into your breast milk or if it will affect your baby. Please consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
Alcohol
Consuming alcohol may affect the effectiveness of Evercon 0.5 mg tablets. Stop consuming alcohol if you are taking this medicine.
Liver
Inform your doctor if you have any liver problems before taking Evercon 0.5 mg tablet. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended.
Lungs
It is not known whether Evercon 0.5 mg tablets can be used for patients with lung problems. Consult your doctor if you have any lung diseases before starting the treatment.
Driving
It is unsafe to drive vehicles or operate heavy machinery after taking Evercon 0.5 mg tablets, it may cause dizziness and impair your concentration.
Pregnancy
Evercon 0.5 mg tablet is not recommended for pregnant women as it may cause fetal harm. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy during the treatment.
