Introduction
Evergraf 0.25mg tablet is an antineoplastic medicine that belongs to the class of mTOR kinase inhibitors. Its Evergraf 0.25 mg composition includes everolimus as the active ingredient, which works by slowing the growth and spread of abnormal cells. It is commonly prescribed in conditions such as advanced breast cancer, renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours, and subependymal giant cell astrocytoma, which affects structures within the brain. In clinical practice, Mankind Evergraf 0.25 mg is also used in transplant medicine, including Evergraf 0.25 mg in kidney transplant, to help suppress immune activity and prevent rejection under specialist supervision.
In oncology settings, doctors may recommend Evergraf 0.25 mg for breast cancer when the disease is hormone receptor–positive and has progressed despite other treatments. Because this medicine affects cell growth and immune responses, maintaining good oral hygiene is essential. How Evergraf 0.25mg Tablet works
Evergraf 0.25mg tablet inhibits the activity of a protein called mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), which regulates cell growth. This drug can slow the growth of abnormal cancer cells by blocking the mTOR protein and helps to reduce the size of tumours and improve outcomes in patients.
Interaction of Evergraf 0.25mg Tablet with other drugs
Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with Evergraf 0.25mg tablet and reduce effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.

Store Evergraf 0.25mg Tablet 10'S in the original package at room temperature (20°C to 25°C).

How to take Evergraf 0.25mg Tablet
Take the Evergraf 0.25mg tablet as advised by your physician. Do not crush, chew, or open the medicine. Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition. Only stop taking the tablet if your doctor advises you to stop.

Breast Feeding
Evergraf 0.25mg tablet passes into your breast milk and harms your baby. It is unsafe to consume this tablet.
Alcohol
Consuming alcohol may affect the effectiveness of Evergraf 0.25mg tablet. Stop consuming alcohol if you are taking this medicine.
Liver
Inform your doctor if you have any liver problems before taking Evergraf 0.25mg tablet. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended.
Lungs
It is not known whether Evergraf 0.25mg tablet can be used for patients with lung problems. Consult your doctor if you have any lung diseases before starting the treatment.
Driving
It is unsafe to drive vehicles or operate heavy machinery after taking Evergraf 0.25mg tablet, it may cause dizziness and impair your concentration.
Pregnancy
