Fludara 50mg Injection is a chemotherapy medication containing the active ingredient fludarabine. It is used to treat B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Chronic lymphocytic leukemia is cancer of white blood cells (disease-fighting agents) in which the body produces many abnormal white blood cells, and lymph nodes start to grow in various parts of the body. This can lead to organ failure, decrease in red blood cells, severe bleeding and infections.
Fludara 50mg Injection is not recommended for adolescents and children under the age of 18, breastfeeding patients, and patients with severe kidney problems or low red blood cell count. Use effective birth control methods during the treatment with this medicine and for at least six months from the last dose.
Avoid live vaccination while taking this medicine. Report to your doctor if you experience any allergic reactions while taking Fludara 50mg Injection.

- Treatment of B-Cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (blood cancer)
How Fludara 50mg Injection works:
Fludara 50mg Injection slows or stops the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting the DNA synthesis in cancer cells.

- Store in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C).

Pregnancy:
Fludara 50mg Injection is not recommended for use in pregnancy. Your doctor will prescribe the medication if the benefits outweigh the risks.
Breastfeeding:
Breastfeeding is not recommended during treatment with Fludara 50mg Injection. Consult your doctor for advice
Liver:
It is essential to inform your doctor if you have any liver disorders before taking this medicine.
Kidney:
Before taking this medicine, it is important to inform your doctor if you have any kidney disorders, as this medication is contraindicated in patients with severe kidney problems.
Driving:
Fludara 50mg Injection may cause tiredness or disturbed vision. Avoid driving if you are unwell.
Others:
- Inform your doctor if you are about to receive or have received any vaccinations recently.
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.
Serious:
- Lung infection (cough, chest pain, difficulty breathing)
- Unusual bleeding or bruising
- Blood in urine, reduced amount of urine, or pain in your side
- Skin reactions (redness, inflammation, or blistering)
- Palpitations

- Diarrhea
- Fever
- Weakness, tiredness
- Nausea, vomiting
- Low blood count
- Infections
