Introduction to Fostirel 300iu Injection

Fostirel 300IU Injection is a type of follicle-stimulating hormone that belongs to the class of hormones called gonadotropins. These gonadotropins are involved in reproduction and fertility. It is used to treat infertility in women and men. In adult women, it is used to help release an egg from the ovary (ovulation) in women with other medicines. In adult men, it helps to produce sperm that are infertile due to a low level of certain hormones. 

Do not use Fostirel 300IU Injection if you are allergic to follicle-stimulating hormone or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.  Do not take this medicine if you have a brain tumor, ovarian or breast cancer. Do not take this medicine if you have ovarian cysts of unknown origin. Inform your physician if you have porphyria or a family history of porphyria. Inform your physician if you have any skin problems or stomach, arm, or leg pain before starting the treatment. Inform your doctor if you have a history of multiple pregnancies, miscarriage, or blood clotting problems. Fostirel 300IU Injection is not for use in children and adolescents below 18 years old. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to get pregnant.

Recombinant Fostirel 300IU Injection is a hormone. In females, it works by stimulating the release of estrogen, which helps in the growth and development of the egg before release. In males, it helps in the production of sperm.
