HP Kit Tablet is used in the treatment of the following:

• Stomach and intestinal ulcers caused by bacterial infections

• Helicobacter pylori infections

• Ulcers caused by H. pylori bacteria in the stomach lining

• Infections requiring a combination of antibiotics and acid-reducing treatment for effective healing

HP Kit Tablet treat stomach and intestinal ulcers caused by bacterial infections. Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid, helping to heal ulcers. Tinidazole is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by damaging their DNA, while Amoxicillin is also an antibiotic that prevents the formation of the bacterial protective layer. Together, they effectively eliminate the infection.

Inform your healthcare professional about all the medicines you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional and vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Some medicines interact with the HP Kit Tablet. • Liver problems (yellowing of skin or eyes, dark urine)

• Severe headache or dizziness
• Heart problems (irregular heartbeat, chest pain)
