Isolin 2mg Injection is a bronchodilator medication containing the active ingredient Isoprenaline. This medication is primarily used to treat bradycardia (slow heart rate), heart block, and certain types of irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmias). It also helps to improve breathing in conditions like asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This drug can also be used in cardiac emergencies. 

Do not take Isolin 2mg Injection if you are allergic to the active substance or any other ingredients present in the medicine. Individuals with certain heart rhythm disorders, angina pectoris, and are experiencing digitalis intoxication should avoid taking this drug. Before taking this medicine, notify your physician if you have any conditions like hyperthyroidism and diabetes.
