• Advanced breast cancer
• Advanced renal cell carcinoma
• Advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours
• Treatment of subependymal giant cell astrocytoma

Lanolimus 0.5mg Tablet blocks a protein called mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) that helps cancer cells grow and divide. By inhibiting mTOR, this medicine slows down tumour growth and helps reduce the size of tumours. In transplant patients, it suppresses the immune system, so the body doesn’t reject the new organ.

Always inform your doctor about any prescription medicines, herbal supplements, or over-the-counter products you are taking.

Avoid Combining with:

• Live vaccines (e.g., cholera, shingles, typhoid) – increased risk of severe infection

• Natalizumab – increases risk of brain infections

• Temsirolimus – may cause serious airway swelling

• Grapefruit or grapefruit juice – alters drug levels in the body

• Store Lanolimus tablet in the original package at room temperature (20°C to 25°C).
• Keep it out of reach from children.

Take this tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it whole with water; do not crush or chew it. It can be taken with or without food, but it's best to take it at the same time each day. Your doctor will determine the dose based on your condition, age, and response to treatment.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

Serious

• Difficulty breathing, or swallowing
• Swelling of face, lips, tongue, throat
• Severe itching, red rash, raised bumps

Common

• Infection (chills, increased temperature)
• Coughing
• Wheezing
• Excessive thirst
• High urine output or severely decreased urine output
• Tiredness
• Bleeding
• Increased appetite with weight loss

• Maintain good oral hygiene, as mouth ulcers are common.

• Avoid close contact with people who have received live vaccines.

• Inform your doctor if you’ve had hepatitis B, liver disease, high cholesterol, or heart conditions.

• Do not plan pregnancy during this treatment. A negative pregnancy test may be required before starting therapy.

• Carry a medical alert or inform healthcare providers before any surgery or dental procedure—this medicine may delay wound healing.
