Introduction to Lapagis 250mg Tablet
Lapagis 250mg Tablet contains the active ingredient lapatinib. It is indicated to treat advanced breast cancer and it may be used alone or in combination with other medications. It is effective against cells sensitive to hormones and rapidly multiplying cancer cells that produce most of the protein called human epidermal growth receptor -2.
The common side effects that are likely to occur while you are on the treatment with Lapagis 250mg Tablet are nausea, vomiting, tiredness, weakness, itching, dry skin, loss of appetite, indigestion, constipation, mouth ulcers, stomach pain, difficulty in sleeping, joint or back pain, cough, breathing problems, headache, etc. If you experience severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, heart, liver, and lung problems, report your physician immediately.
Inform your healthcare provider at the first sign of diarrhea or dehydration. Monitor your blood pressure regularly while taking this medication. If you have diarrhea while taking this medication, drink plenty of fluids, eat low-fat, high-protein foods, and avoid milk and its products and herbal supplements.

Lapagis 250mg Tablet acts against the enzyme called tyrosine kinase. It prevents the Human epidermal growth factor receptor protein (HER2) and Epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFRs) from signaling, which are produced by breast cancer cells. It kills cancer cells and slows down their growth.

How to consume Lapagis 250mg Tablet
Take Lapagis 250mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take this medicine at least 1 hour before or after taking the food. Swallow the tablet and do not crush, open, or dissolve them.
