Molshil 120mg oral disintegrating strips contain the active constituent Paracetamol. It belongs to the class of medications called analgesics and antipyretics. It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and to reduce fever. In children, it treats conditions like headache, toothache, body aches, fever, and common cold. It works by changing the way the body senses pain and by cooling the body. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Paracetamol or any other ingredients and if you suffer from severe liver disease. Inform your physician if you have liver disease and kidney problems. Notify your physician if you suffer from alcohol abuse.
This medicine can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, inform your physician if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant during the treatment. The most common side effects of Molshil 120mg oral disintegrating strips are nausea, vomiting, headache, and insomnia in adult patients and nausea, vomiting, constipation, and pruritus in pediatric patients. The analgesic activity of this medicine is by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, particularly COX-3, in the CNS.
