Introduction to Myser 250mg Capsule

Myser 250mg capsule contains an active component called cycloserine. It belongs to the class of medicines called antibiotics and is used to treat tuberculosis (TB) together with other medicines. Tuberculosis is a bacterial infection which mainly affects the lungs. It is also used to treat urinary tract infections. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to any of the ingredients present in it. Myser 250mg capsule may contain some color compounds which may cause an allergic reaction. Inform your doctor about your prescribed and non-prescribed medicine and take a proper diet while under medication. It will be helpful for him to treat you based on your previous medical or make some dose adjustments. 

Elderly patients with kidney disorders should be cautious while taking myser 250mg capsule. They need some dose adjustment. Myser 250mg capsule and D-alanine have similar structures; hence, they inhibit the alanine racemase enzyme and stop bacterial cell wall synthesis. Thereby, it prevents the growth of bacteria by inhibiting the cell wall synthesis.
