Pregalodos 50mg capsule inhibits the high-voltage calcium channels in the central nervous system. It modulates the release of neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine and glutamate, reducing abnormal brain electrical activity and blockage of pain signals transmission.

Taking Pregalodos 50mg Capsule with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects:

1. Morphine (Oral Route) – Severe
   If concurrent use is essential, watch for symptoms such as extreme drowsiness, slowed breathing, confusion, or fainting, and consult your doctor immediately.

2. Lorazepam (Oral Route) – Moderate
   If taken together, monitor for excessive sedation, dizziness, fatigue, or impaired coordination, and inform your doctor if these symptoms occur.

3. Gabapentin (Oral Route) – Moderate
   Concurrent use may increase side effects like dizziness, tiredness, or difficulty concentrating; dose adjustments may be necessary.

4. Fentanyl (Transdermal Route) – Severe
   Using both medicines together may lead to severe sedation, slowed breathing, or confusion; immediate medical attention is advised if symptoms appear.

5. Orlistat (Oral Route) – Moderate
   Watch out for tremors, seizures, or impaired coordination. Your doctor may consider separating the administration of Orlistat and Pregalodos, as Orlistat may reduce the effectiveness of Pregabalin.

• Keep out of sight and reach of pets and children.

• Do not freeze the medicine.

• Do not store above 30°C.

• Always check the expiry date before consuming it.

Take Pregalodos 50mg capsule as your physician advises. Usually, the tablets will be taken with or without food. Do not crush, chew, or open the medicine. • Avoid taking a double dose to compensate for a missed dose.

• Diabetic patients who experience weight gain while on this medicine may require adjustments to their diabetes medication.
