Introduction to Rantac Injection

Rantac injection contains the active ingredients Ranitidine. It belongs to the family of medications known as the H2 receptor antagonist. It also treats duodenal (small intestine) ulcers. Before starting the treatment with this medication, inform your doctor if you are more than 65 years of age.

Do not consume Rantac injection if you are allergic to Ranitidine or its other ingredients. Notify your doctor if you have heart or kidney conditions. Nausea, headache, stomach pain, and constipation are common side effects of Rantac injection. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant or breastfeeding. In case of impaired kidney function, a lower dose may be prescribed by your doctor.
