SEQUADRA 110/50 MCG INHALER

Introduction:

Sequadra 110/50mcg Inhaler is used to make breathing easier in patients with COPD – chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder. COPD is a chronic lung disease that includes chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or both. In COPD the muscles around the airways tighten. This makes breathing difficult. This medicine should not be used in asthma. Talk to your doctor if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, seizures, thyroid problems, diabetes, liver disorders, eye problems such as glaucoma, problems in passing urine, or allergic conditions before taking this medicine. This medicine is not recommended for children and adolescents under the age of 18. Do not use this medicine to treat a sudden attack of breathlessness or wheezing.

• COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). 

How Glycopyrrolate and indicaterol inhaler works:

Sequadra 110/50mcg Inhaler contains Glycopyrrolate and Indacaterol. Glycopyrrolate helps relax the muscles of the airway passage through inhibition of M3 receptor at the smooth muscle. Indacaterol stimulates the adrenergic beta-2 receptors in smooth muscle of airways, relaxes the muscle, and increase the diameter of the airways.

Interactions with other drugs:

How to use Sequadra 110/50mcg Inhaler:

Use this medicine exactly as health care provider tells you to use it. Do not use this medicine more often than prescribed for you. Do not stop using this medicine unless told to do so by your physician because your symptoms might get worse.

Side Effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Although all medicines cause side effects; not everyone gets them.

Severe:

• Allergic reaction
• Urinary tract infection
• High blood pressure
• Nasopharyngitis (swelling of nasal passages and back of throat)
• Sinus infection

Common:

• Increased glucose levels
• Urinary retention
• Fever
• Sore throat
• Cough
• Chest pain
• Indigestion
