Solet 40mg tablet contains an active component called Solet 40mg tablet. This medicine belongs to a group of beta blockers. This medication is used to treat irregular heartbeat. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to Solet 40mg tablet or any ingredients present in it, such as asthma, low blood pressure, lung, heart, liver, or kidney problems. Your doctor may advise you to monitor your blood potassium and calcium level and Electrocardiogram (ECG).  

Inform your doctor if you have a thyroid psoriasis problem, and you should talk with your doctor if you have any upcoming surgery. Consult your doctor if you are planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant or while you are breastfeeding. The safety and effectiveness of the drug has not been established. Patients who have lactose intolerance should be cautious while taking the medicine.

Solet 40mg tablet works by blocking the beta-adrenergic receptors (beta blocker) present in the heart and prolonging repolarization (agent widening the action potential) which result in the regulation of the heartbeat.
