Introduction to T-score Kit Tablet 28's

T-Score kit tablet 28's contains an active ingredient called Alendronic Acid  and Vitamin D3 (vitamin D3). It is also used to treat certain bone conditions, including osteoporosis (thinning of the bone),  in men and postmenopausal women. Alendronic Acid inhibits bone resorption by targeting osteoclasts, the cells responsible for breaking down bone tissue. It binds to hydroxyapatite crystals in bone, reducing their dissolution and preventing excessive bone loss. Vitamin D3, aids in calcium absorption, which is vital for bone mineralization and strength. Together, they work to maintain bone density and reduce the risk of fractures in osteoporosis patients.

Do not consume T-Score kit tablet 28's if you are allergic to Alendronic Acid and Vitamin D3 or any of its ingredients. Avoid consuming this medicine if you have high levels of vitamin D ( (hypervitaminosis D), or calcium (hypercalcemia) or high urine levels of calcium (hypercalciuria) in your blood and if you have kidney stones or have serious kidney problems. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, or think you are already breastfeeding. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, seeking advice from your doctor before taking this medicine is essential. Extra vitamin D should not be taken without your doctor's supervision, as it can harm your baby. 

Before taking T-Score kit tablet 28's, notify your doctor if you have kidney damage, are receiving treatment for heart disease, have sarcoidosis, or are already taking additional calcium or vitamin D doses. Your doctor will monitor the blood or blood calcium levels during the treatment. This medicine should be used cautiously in kidney patients.
