Introduction to Torsid 10mg Tablet
Torsid 10mg Tablet contains the active constituent torasemide, which belongs to the loop diuretics or water pills class. It reduces the excess fluid levels in the body. It is mainly used to treat oedema caused by fluid overload in patients with heart failure and liver and kidney diseases. It helps in the treatment of high blood pressure.
The Torsid 10mg Tablet should be taken as per the doctor's advice. It can be taken 4hr before bed to avoid frequent urination at night. It's important to take this medication at the same time daily. The dosage of this medication will depend upon the condition and how individuals respond to the medication.
The common side effects of this medicine are headache, tiredness, dizziness, stomach upset, dehydration, and decreased blood pressure. It is important to take this medication when you are feeling well. Stopping the medicines without the doctor's proper advice can worsen the condition.
