Urimax 0.4mg Capsule contains Tamsulosin, a medicine that belongs to a class of drugs called alpha-adrenergic blockers. It is mainly prescribed to men for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), also known as enlarged prostate. How to Take Urimax 0.4mg Capsule

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one; never double up.

Breast Feeding
If your partner is breastfeeding, use a reliable form of barrier contraception while using this medication. Inform your physician if you have a breastfeeding female partner.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol when taking Urimax capsule because it may cause excessive drowsiness, or liver problems.
Liver
Urimax capsule should be cautiously administered in patients with severe liver diseases. Dose adjustments are necessary for severe liver failure. Inform your physician if you have liver problems before initiating the therapy.
Lungs
It is unknown whether Urimax capsule can be used in patients with lung disorders. Consult your doctor if you have any lung diseases before starting the treatment.
Driving
It is unsafe to drive vehicles or operate machinery while taking Urimax capsule because it may cause drowsiness.
Pregnancy
Urimax capsule is indicated only for males. If you have a pregnant female partner, suspect pregnancy, or planning for pregnancy, inform your doctor and seek medical advice.
