Introduction to Urotense 50mg Tablet
Urotense 50mg Tablet is a medication belonging to the group of choline esters. It contains the active ingredient Bethanechol and treats urinary retention and reflux esophagitis. Urotense 50mg Tablet should not be taken if you are allergic to Bethanechol or any of the other ingredients.
Before starting the treatment with Urotense 50mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you have a blockage in your gut, difficulty passing urine, or have had a recent heart attack or stomach surgery. Do not consume Urotense 50mg Tablet if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or elderly (over 70).
Uses of Urotense 50mg Tablet
Urotense 50mg Tablet is used in the treatment of the following:
- Urinary retention (holding urine in the bladder)
- Reflux oesophagitis (inflammation of the oesophagus).
