X Trant 140mg Capsule consists of the active ingredient Estramustine used to treat advanced cancer of the prostate gland, where hormonal therapy is not beneficial. It belongs to the category of medicines called antimitotic agents that stabilizes microtubule formation.
This medicine should not be taken along with calcium-containing products such as milk, cheese and specific remedies for indigestion. Most common side effects include enlargement of breast tissues, liver dysfunction, swelling, nausea and diarrhea.

Microtubules are essential components that play a vital role in cell division, signaling and shape, which makes it an attractive target for anticancer agents. X Trant 140mg Capsule gets concentrated in the prostate, binds to β-tubulin and interferes with the organization of microtubules and arrests cell multiplication. This leads to disruption of microtubule-associated proteins, inhibition of tumour cell growth and development.

How to use X Trant 140mg Capsule:
Always take X Trant 140mg Capsule as directed by your physician. Do not take this medicine along with milk or milk products such as tea or coffee.

Liver:
Inform your physician before taking this medicine if you have liver problems.
Kidney:
Inform your physician before taking this medicine if you have kidney problems.
Allergies:
Inform your physician right away if you have allergic reactions to Estramustine or its ingredients
Others:
- Inform your physician if you have stomach or intestinal ulcer, heart disease
- Inform your physician if you have problems with blood clots or fluid retention.
- Consult your physician before starting this treatment if you have diabetes, high BP, stroke, breathing trouble, epilepsy, migraine or problems with bone marrow.
- Ensure that your physician regularly tests your blood, liver function and the calcium levels in your blood.
