Some medications may interact with Fersure Tablet, potentially affecting their effectiveness or causing side effects. For example, antacids (like aluminium hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide) can reduce the absorption of iron, while bile acid sequestrants (such as cholestyramine or colestipol) may decrease the absorption of iron and other nutrients. Also, certain antibiotics (like doxycycline or ofloxacin) can interact with iron, reducing the effectiveness of the antibiotic. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting or stopping any medication to avoid potential interactions.
