Introduction to I-Nefita Tablet
I-Nefita tablet is a multivitamin supplement with an active ingredient called Ferrous ascorbate, methylcobalamin, calcium pantothenate, biotin, and multivitamin. It is used to treat nutritional deficiency anemia due to renal impairment.
Do not consume this medicine if you are allergic to iron, Ferrous ascorbate, methylcobalamin, calcium pantothenate, biotin, multivitamin, or other ingredients. Do not take medicine if you have certain medical conditions, including hemolytic anemia, hemochromatosis (excess iron deposition), or diverticular disease (small bulges in the large intestine). It is essential to consult with your healthcare provider before initiating treatment with I-Nefita tablet.
Before starting the treatment, inform your doctor if you have pancreatitis, hepatitis, stomach ulcers, intestine problems, or if you are on a low-salt diet. Before taking this medicine, talk to your doctor about all the medicines you are taking recently, including supplements and herbal medicines. The common side effects of I-Nefita tablet are upset stomach, headache, nausea, vomiting, slight unpleasant taste in the mouth, constipation, and abdominal pain.
