Nutamine Powder uses are:

Nutamine powder is a non-essential amino acid, and it is an important neurotransmitter that is required for proper growth function.  Sickle cells can uptake this free glutamine and use it to produce antioxidant substances. These antioxidants can help neutralize the oxidative stress in sickle cells. It also helps maintain the barrier between the intestines and the rest of your body and aids with the proper growth of intestinal cells.

1. Antidiabetic Medicines (Moderate)
   Nutamine contains nutrients that may slightly affect blood sugar levels. Children on insulin or oral hypoglycemics should have glucose monitored while using the powder.

2. Thyroid Medicines (Moderate)
   Minerals such as calcium or iron in Nutamine may reduce absorption of thyroid hormones. Take thyroid medicines at least 2 hours apart.

3. Anticoagulants (Moderate)
   High levels of certain vitamins (like vitamin K) in Nutamine could interfere with blood thinners such as warfarin. INR monitoring is advised if used together.

4. Antacids (Moderate)
   Calcium- or magnesium-containing antacids may reduce absorption of some minerals in Nutamine. Maintain a gap of at least 2 hours.

5. Multivitamin Supplements (Moderate)
   Concurrent use may lead to excessive intake of certain vitamins or minerals. Avoid over-supplementation unless recommended by a doctor.

• Protect the medicine from light and excessive moisture.

• Keep the medicine out of reach of children and pets.

Your doctor will decide the Nutamine Powder dosage and duration of Nutamine powder based on the disease condition and other factors. Always take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Empty the entire content from the sachets into a glass of water (100ml). Stir well until the powder dissolves, and consume immediately. Do not swallow the powder without mixing it in water. Do not mix it with milk.

Nutamine Powder side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them.
