You should not take othree softgel capsule if you are allergic to fish or other seafood. You should not take this medication if you have a bleeding disorder, such as hemophilia or von Willebrand disease. It can increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. If you are scheduled for surgery, you should stop taking it at least two weeks before the surgery. If you have vitamin A or vitamin E toxicity, you should not take it.
